Add of the D-BUS translation

1) this bug is closed.  please open a new one for changes.
2) there's really no point in doing translations this often.  they're subject to
change, and there's really only a need to send them to me within a few days
before i cut a release.  plus, i'm lazy.  i'll be announcing string freezes
starting with 0.7.0.
