[PATCH] Drop HAVE_GIO_UNIX ifdef and load gio-unix-2.0 pkg

Attempting to launch a .desktop file using exo-open results in the following error:

(exo-open:20107): exo-open-CRITICAL **: Launching desktop files is not supported when exo-open is compiled without GIO-Unix features.

I have attached my patch with restores this functionality, but I'm unsure of its correctness.
