Now use the mouse wheel on the panel with a list of open windows, the effect of scrolling around all the windows, no matter if they are minimized or at the top. I report this as a bug, because the mouse wheel, after moving the panel with a list of open and minimized windows in when the mouse to a specific program mouse wheel should work as not all windows scrolling from right to left, but showing them to activate a window on top (traffic mouse wheel up), and minimize (move the mouse wheel down). After using the mouse wheel on the list of running programs should not rely on browsing through this list, but for organizing windows: fast to minimize and show the window to see what happens there. As in the case when we have 10 windows open to see what is happening for a while in a given window, we need to open and activate all the windows before we come to this choice. So I know that you can click on the program on the panel where it is a list of open windows, but windows minimize the need to rely on pressing the button minimization. Changing the definition of the mouse wheel to minimize the selected program (a list of open windows on the panel) and give as an active, helped by the disclosure and minimize the window without clicking on a minimization.
This is simply a feature request.
