  Hello!
Here is the problem I have encountered.
I have one NTFS volume on my system and when I open Thunar window, 'mount.ntfs-3g' process (NTFS driver, I believe) starts to consume about 13% of my CPU time (and not on the lowest frequency level (800MHz), but on the highest one (2200MHz)!). And the CPU becomes very hot in a not very long period of time (especially in summer).
This is strange because this behaviour does not depend on whether I open a directory from my NTFS volume in Thunar or any other directory from my Ext3 partition, for example. And when I close all Thunar windows, 'mount.ntfs-3g' process consumes negligible fraction of CPU time.
That is why I thought this is because of Thunar's behaviour and that is why I post here.
I would be very glad to know this is to be fixed. :)

  Thank you.
  Vladimir

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an NTFS volume (if you do not have one).
2. Start 'top' and see the CPU time consumption by 'mount.ntfs-3g' process.
3. Open Thunar window.
4. Go back to 'top' and see the new value of CPU time consumption by 'mount.ntfs-3g' process.
5. Close Thunar and compare them again.
Actual Results:
With Thunar window opened 'mount.ntfs-3g' "eats" several times more CPU time.

Expected Results:
Thunar should not do something "hard" with NTFS volume if I do not open any folder on that volume, I believe.
