Actual behaviour: When hibernating and resuming, network connection gets lost and needs to be restored. After that, xfce4-weather-plugin does not update its weather status anymore, it's always displaying "No data" and showing "cannot update weather data" in the tooltip. If one clicks "Update" in the context menu, updating works again.

Expected behaviour: Should still show weather status after resuming.
