i'm not sure this is the right place for feature request.
i would  like to be able to choose whether to display label and/or icon in all panel's launchers, menusand buttons.

for example:
i would like to create additional custom menu where i have text label instead of icon displayed. just looking at the panel would show entries like this: 

Xfce  Music  GFX  Network  Tools


basicaly text label of custom menu without icon,
then when i click on one of themthe  menuopen and show me entries i defined.
(with or without icon/text .. i mean if the user could choose what to display text and/or icon that would be cool)
