Status:
RESOLVED: DUPLICATE

Description Mike Revelle 2008-05-23 16:22:53 CEST
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080418 Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.14
Build Identifier:

When using Thunar in detailed list view. When I'm sorting through, music for example and I select a file to delete, I hit the delete button, however instead of the 'positioner' dropping down and highlighting the next file, it doesn't do anything, no new selection or anything. Then when I hit the down or up key it brings me to the top of the list of files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open thunar in detailed list view.
2. Go to middle of a large directory of files.
3. Select file to delete with the mouse, hit delete.
4. Hit the up or down arrow key to select one of the next files.
Actual Results:
Instead of the next file in the list being highlighted, you're brought to the top of the directory with the first file/folder highlighted.

Expected Results:
When you delete a file or folder, the next one should be highlighted.
