I'd like an option in preferences to set the default alarm configuration. In
my case I'd be satisfied with changing globally the 00:05 minutes warning time. 
I continually forget to change the value, and 5' is just to short in most cases.

It might be interesting though, to make more of the alarm settings globally
definable.

Orage 4.6.0 has modifiable default alarm setting.
