User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.10) Gecko/20070313 Fedora/1.5.0.10-5.fc6 Firefox/1.5.0.10 Build Identifier: When "Desktop Preferences: Behavior: Dektop Icons" is set to "None" then pushing Ctrl or Alt key switches workspace to the last one it there's no open window in current workspace. It is very annoying if one uses keyboard shortcuts to launch applications. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Desktop Preferences: Behavior: Dektop Icons: None 2. Switch to a workspace with no open windows and which is not the last one 3. press Ctrl Actual Results: Current workspace is swithed to a last one. Expected Results: No action performed. It is very strange, because sometimes it when Ctrl is pressed and then Alt is pressed workspace switches to the last one and then back. Sometimes when Ctrl is pressed second time workspace switches back. It is very hard to find out which option does this because it is totally unrelated to keyboard shortcuts.
Doesn't happen here. Olivier, any ideas? Maybe WM related, or some weird modifier mapping thing?
Yes, I think it's a dup of #3191 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 3191 ***
