Several splash screens don't work when using Nvidia Twinview.

The problems are with Mice and Balou. These splash screens try to provide the splash on all monitors. This gives bad results with Twinview. For example, with the Mice splash screen only small parts of the splash window are shown and seriously reduce startup time (like flashing parts of the image on and off the screen, both on the first and the secondary monitor/tv).

This only happens with Twinview (as far as I'm able to test).
I've created a patch which is pretty evil because it simply disables multiple monitor support for those splash screens.
I've done this because I couldn't find the exact reason for this behaviour.

Any insights appreciated.

Splash screens have been removed (git master) and will not be part of Xfce 4.14 anymore.
