Build Identifier:

I've set the terminal to appear without the menubar and work all the time with it maximized vertically. When I add another tab, the last lines of the terminal go "beyond" the end of the screen; the same thing happens when enabling the menubar again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the terminal
2. Maximize it vertically
3. Open a new tab

Actual Results:
The last lines of the terminal go beyond the size of the screen, as its height is increased.

Expected Results:
The terminal should try to keep its borders inside the visible screen, reducing the number of lines in itself.
