User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061222 BonEcho/2.0.0.1 Build Identifier: Terminal, when it's maximixed, don't autoresize its size when I open a new tab ( if before the bar of tabs wasn't visible ) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.I open Terminal 2.I maximixe the Terminal's window 3.I open a new tab
Err, why should it autoresize? It's already maximized.
Sorry ... if it's maximixed, it exits from the screen ( if the xfce4-panel is in top of the desktop ) or it go under the xfce4-panel if the xfce4-panel is in bottom. Also this is a expected behavior? Thanks
This is a known race condition between VTE's sizing logic and the window manager, there's not much that can be done about this. People using maximized terminal windows usually set MiscAlwaysShowTabs=TRUE to avoid this.
Thanks .... i'am reading this now; Bye
