One way to simplify the need for a user to also go into Window Manager to change the window decoration theme, would be have it automatically change when selecting the UI decorations in the Appearance dialog. Possibly a checkbox could be added below the list entitled 'Also change window decorations' so that those that dont want this automatic change can disable it from happening.
I had thought about this previously, but when a user posted the video below thinking it was a bug, it was reminded me about it.
Showed up again in a video I watched today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYnzqtPiK7s&t=305
This is somewhat a duplicate of bug 16500.
Not all themes include a xfwm4 theme, and some offer different variants.

This isnt a duplicate of my other bug of merging two tabs into one.

Yes it would only change when a corresponding window decoration theme of the same name is found. If users want a variant, then they would have to open Window Manager.
