### bug
after a registry clean, the first notification is not shown within the dropdown applet window (yet shown in Notification settings... > Registry).

### how to reproduce
- clean registry from the applet
- $ notify-send 1; sleep 1; notify-send 2 # sleep for different date and time - bug #15167
- check the applet list (second one only should be there)
- check the registry (both should be there)

There hasn't been a release since this fix (https://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-notifyd/commit/?id=e73b8c950fbdd2cabe08128f155ed51b7fe2d06c), but could it be that this is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14920 ?
