Translations are handled via Transifex, so I can't push your patch directly to the git repository. I already poked the last translator, let's wait a bit.
Thanks for the report! This typo has been there for a while, at least since 4.12. I've updated the translation as "Попытка переместить", similarly to the existing "Попытка восстановить", on all branches (master, 4.14, 4.12). Transifex sync should happen within a few hours.
