When I have the drop-down terminal open (auto-hide option enabled) and close another window through the X button in the window decoration, all window decorations stop responding. So I cannot move, close, etc. any open window through the decoration. Only the decorations stop responding, meaning that the programs remain functional, I just can't move/resize/close. Also, the drop-down terminal does not open by pressing the shortcut, or the terminal panel icon. This caused trouble, because VIM was open when this happened and I lost some work. Finally, when I right click on the terminal panel icon the problem is fixed, but I lose all work in the drop-down terminal. OS: Fedora 25
Hi, I also have been experiencing issues when having drop-down terminal window open and closing or minimizing other windows. However, I cannot reproduce it now on Arch Linux with gtk 3.22.12, xfce4-terminal and xfwm4 git versions. Can you still reproduce the issue on your system? What versions of these components do you have installed?
Sorry, the issue is still there. The reason I wasn't seeing it before is the drop-down animation duration setting: if I set it to a value more than 100, the issue disappears on my system.

I cannot reproduce the issue with xfce 4.14. Are you still experiencing it?
Not reproducible anymore - closing as fixed.
