When you issue 'create folder' on your desktop, and them think for the name too long, the following message pops up:

> The requested operation could not be completed
>
> Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did
> not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply
> timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

I did't notice that affecting anything, and folder creation dialog still worked. So that's not critical, but might confuse somebody.

Exact steps to reproduce:
1. Open right-click dialog on the desktop
2. Select 'Create folder...'
3. Wait for a minute
