Hi

I often switch laptop to external monitor.
After disconnecting the external monitor xfwm should re-read the desktop size.
As a result of this bug, vertical and horizonal maximization, tiling, and new window placement are screwed up.

A work-around is to run xfwm4 --replace, with which the desktop size is re-read from the monitor.

It worked ok in 4.10.
