Description: Thunar on double clicking on an application window doesn't open/maximize or select the text when using text editor (gedit). The double clicking works when using the media player, for full screen option though. Thunar version - 1.6.3 Operating System - Ubuntu 13.04 How often does bug reproduce ? - Always. Current behavior of the bug - Double clicking won't work Expected behaviour - Open window and/or select text on mouse/trackpad clicks respectively.
Have you try to set your double click speed to 300ms like in this bug report it's said? https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9297 It worked for me for the maximize problem.
