I have a setup with two monitors and xfce-panels on each one. They show windows only for that monitor. Whenever I boot up XFCE the "Windows Buttons" applet however shows only windows from the left monitor and it does them for both monitors. If I go into the preferences and toggle the "Show windows from all monitors" option on and off, the problem disappears and the correct windows are displayed.
