Thunar displays blank icons for network servers/workgroups

Description scar 2013-04-10 14:08:36 CEST
I've filed it here, but I'm not sure it is a thunar bug.

What I have, is all in the title, regardless of the icon theme I use.
It is the same for arch linux 32 and 64 bits.
What I use is:

thunar 1.6.2-1
xfdesktop 4.10.2-1
exo 0.10.2-1

The same locations display correctly in nemo/nautilus/pcmanfm.

See here (It is in hugarian, but thunar speaks thunar):

I've the same issue, using thunar-1.6.1, xfdesktop-4.10.1, exo-0.10.2

Could you post the output of gvfs-info of the network computer. (gvfs-info network://LENOVO i think).

That was my laptop and I left it at work, but here is my desktop (practically the same setup with the same bug):

$gvfs-info network://ARCHIE

as normal user:

Error getting info: the place specified is not mounted

(Raw translation from hungarian, sorry.)

as root:

Error getting info: operation not supported

By the way, this is failing only with "network://xyz", if I try "gvfs-info smb://xyz", it displays correct infos as name, attributes, etc...

Sorry for necro-bumping, but still no ideas there?
