After installing several packagesin an attempt to install xfapplet onto new Xubuntu 12.04 installation 32bit I am stuck at ORBit-2.0 >= 2.12.5. Installed ORBit2 v 2.14 but apparently not recognised by xfapplet configure. Unable to proceed. How many additional packages would I have to install anyway (disk space) just to install xfapplet? (is there not an easier way to obtain xfapplet without such obstacles? ;) )
