Xfce4-notifyd icon is present in settings menu, but it isn't shown in xfce settings manager.

Fix: add "X-XFCE-SettingsDialog" to "Categories" in .desktop file. Maybe, "X-XFCE-PersonalSettings" should be added also.

Thanks for reporting this bug, it is already fixed in the git master branch, fix which will be available in the next release.
