fix the default search path from backgrounds

In commit 29321d7b3ffd94514b3a83192f6679e6f2f05e19 the default path for desktop background images was changed from DATADIR "/xfce4/backdrops/" to DATADIR "/backgrounds/xfce/" but the default search path in the settings dialog still points to the old location. See attached patch for a fix.

The system for wallpaper-folders has been improved in 4.11 and users can now select their own folders as well, so this bug can be considered fixed.
