Hi.
I have two layouts: US and RU. When I try to make new command in keyboard settings it displays key from RU layout. For example when I press z it displays <cyrillic ya>. US layout is turned on and set default.
Because of this bug some standart xfce commands does not work.

Noticed, that XKB plugin does not remember my settings. May be it is problem.

Solved my changing defaul layout in XKB.
