Parole 0.4.0

Please add a 'Media > Save Copy' and a 'c-menu > Save Copy' item to the menus. This should allow to save a copy of the stream currently being played by Parole. This is mostly useful when using the shiny new 'parole --embedded' for playing online media in a browser. For info, Gnome MPlayer has a '--controlid=1' argument that allows to activate the 'c-menu > Save Copy' in its interface.

We'd readily accept a patch for this functionality, but I don't see myself having time to focus my development efforts here for now.

Marking as invalid since we're not interested in adding this functionality at this time.
