I thought I would try expanding the panel to see just how large it can go. By dragging quickly to expand soon the whole screen was covered. This seemed interesting to me - perhaps I could use this to dedicate a small monitor to. 

 I then relised I was unable to get the panel back to the normal size. 

 Obviously, an idiot thing to do but it's not something we want to be able to not recover from. 

 How can we make sure the panel prefs window is still accessible?
