Currently once a background is added to the list of available backgrounds under "single image," it can't be removed(at least not through the gui.) It'd be rather nice to be able to actually remove images, at the very least to keep it consistent with the image list choice.
Xfdesktop4.11 now uses a user-set folder to control that, so the problem/bug doesn't exist anymore.
