Add ability to disable compositing when using a fullscreen app, with a simple checkbox in Window Manager Tweaks.
No, unredirecting all windows (ie disabling compositing) takes time and causes several unmap/remap so it's does not come free, there is no point in enabling/disabling compositing based on fullscreen windows. If you don't want/need compositing, just turn it off.
