Editing tags in the "Properties" tab has no effect

Hello,

When editing tags of the current song in the Properties tab, it has no effect (Apply clicked). I did not look at the code, but if the tags are read only, you might want to remove the apply button and turn the edit box into a label.

I tested this on two or three different mp3 files, not exhaustive. Files can be provided by e-mail. I'm running the git master branch.

Cheers,

Jérôme

Hey,
first off, thanks for testing Parole from git! :)
The recently introduced audiobox-feature is designed to replace this "stream-properties" plugin. On the one hand it didn't work properly as it was/is, on the other hand we decided that it's not really the task of a general media player to edit tags (especially because only audio-files have those). That's why the plugin will most likely be dropped before we do the next release.

Cheerio,
Simon

Ok, makes sense. I don't mind not being able to edit the tags from the audio player (not its job as you said) but as it was there and as ugly tags are now easily spotted with the audiobox, I gave it a try!

I just remove the Stream Properties plugin from git master.
