The "Eject Volume" button doesn't spin down my removable hdd.

Before I unplug my removable hard disk, I want not only to unmount it's volume, but also "eject" it to spin down the motor and let the head go back to it's position to protect it. If I didn't "eject" it before unplug, the hard disk will make a very small sound like "tzi". Guess it's not a good sound for my HDD? Please make two seperate botton for unmount and eject, thank you! By the way, my removable hdd has three partitions :-)

This is working in 1.6 (there is tries to stop the device). But it also depends on the system.
