Windchill in plugin version 0.7.4

In previous versions of the plugin, we could access windchill. See attached screenshots. It's no longer possible. This is a very useful information.

Windchill data and similar are not provided by met.no. I know there are quite a few different ways to define and calculate windchill, but I don't have any idea what the best solution would be.

If you want that feature in the plugin, you'll need to do some research yourself and provide a formula how to calculate that value with the data that is currently available (for that just look at the labels that can be added to the scrollbox, that's all we've got). If possible, that should be some accepted, documented standard or something alike.

Apparent temperature has been added in http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-weather-plugin/commit/?id=7cd4012fc8b06bf51b0d9c0a93ed576d3dcd63e9, which in a way includes windchill. One should note though that these values in general are very subjective.
