Several issues when thunar is restored by session-management

I've got several issues with thunar 1.5.2. Since all issues seem to be related to restoring thunar (and therefor may have the same source), I'm putting them into one bug report.

1) Additional tabs appear in restored windows:
Each window has in addition to its previous state a new home tab open. You get a new home tab each time the window is restored.

2) Closing ALL windows is not remembered at all:
In that case the session before last is restored, but no new tabs are added. However closing 2 of 4 windows for example, is remembered correctly and only 2 windows are restored.

3) Unchecking 'Save session on logout' in session settings has following effects depending on the initial situation:
i) thunar was never restored before: thunar windows will not be restored.
ii) thunar was restored before: the session state before last is restored (equivalent to #3)

4) Trash bookmark shows empty trash, although trash isn't (only when thunar was restored). Even newly opened windows show an empty trash bookmark. However, if one closes ALL thunar windows and then opens a new one, the bookmark shows the correct state.

1-3 seems to indicate, that $HOME/.cache/sessions/Thunar-xxx... isn't updated correctly or at all.

This all applies for thunar 1.5.2, exo 0.9.1 and xfce 4.10 from the xubuntu-dev Xfce 4.10 or Xfce 4.12 ppa respectively. Gvfs is 1.12.1 for 12.04 and 1.14.0 for 12.10.
