I don`t think that accuracy of tenths of a degree or hPa is necessary. The results are much more clear and readable when rounded to integers. Furthermore the values are probably correct only right there (in meteo station in airports mainly) and right then when recorded and are not correct in other parts of cities. Thus showing a value with accuracy of a tenth of a degree or hPa or km/s is pointless.

Fixed in git, it will be in 0.8.3.

Rounding is optional and will be done for values in the tooltip, the scrollbox and the forecast tab, but not in the details tab.

Is a checkbox for rounding possible in the configuration dialog of the applet?
Then everybody could set as he wishes.

Yes, as stated rounding is optional.
