Currently the plugin lacks a 'Last updated: 11 Nov 2012 19:30' or 'Last updated: 30 minutes ago' message, located either just beneath 'Weather report for: ..' or at the bottom next to the 'About' icon. I think the simpler version ('30 min ago') would be more useful. 

I often fire up the plugin, then get doubting whether the info displayed is up-to-date so feel compelled to refresh the plugin manually. Having a message indicating when the last update occurred would help in such cases.

"Last update" displaying the date of the last weather download has been added to the summary details tab.
