If I add an entry to the keyboard shortcuts, and assign a shortcut to it, and then assign the same shortcut to it again, the entry disappears.

What I expect to happen is that it just sets the shortcut to the entry again, even if that shortcut is the same as before.
Or if for some reason that is not suitable, it should just ignore the 'new' shortcut, but deleting the entry does not make any sense.
