use xfce_panel_plugin_position_menu to place the mounts pop-up menu

When clicking on the plugin icon, the pop-up menu is placed at the exact position
of the click, possibly covering part of the panel.

This patch uses xfce_panel_plugin_position_menu to position the pop-up menu.
