Icon installed with eclipse-sdk

I am using Gentoo Linux and installed the Eclipse SDK from java-overlay which installs the attached desktop file, which includes a large icon of size 256x256 pixels (also attached).

This visually breaks the application menu as you can see in the attached screenshot.
