Hi

I run XFCE's Terminal program (Terminal 0.4.6) as my command line interface.  I have several machines I use it on, all of which run the same OS, namely Slackware Linux 13.37.

On the machine that I am on now, a Panasonic Toughbook, when I select text in the terminal window it is NOT highlighted making it difficult to know exactly what has been highlighted.  Note that the selected text DOES show up in my clipboard.  This is NOT a problem on other programs on this machine such as the Firefox window in which I am typing this now.  On my other machines, running the same software, when I select text in an XFCE Terminal window it IS highlighted.  To the best of my knowledge there is no difference in the software environment.
