Like I had reported, when I tried to exit Xfce session from desktop menu,
I was forced back into xdm login screen without confirmation dialog (I've
enabled this option in the session setting).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Quit" from desktop menu.
Actual Results:
Xfce session was forced to exit without confirmation dialog.

Expected Results:
Like I had enabled, it shouldn't prevent appearance of confirmation
dialog.

gtk+-2.6.7, glib-2.6.4, libxfce4util-4.3.0 (svn trunk),
xfce4-session-4.2.0cvs (svn trunk).

Those packages ware compiled by gcc-4.0.0 with cflags
"-O2 -g -W -Wall -Wformat=2 -fno-var-tracking".

stack trace log for xfce4-session generating core.

Hmm, it's totally non-obvious why it's crashing there. I can't see how it's
possible without some nasty memory corruption issue in xfce4-session. Unless
I'm totally misunderstanding the code in question, which I don't think is the
case. This one's probably going to have to wait until Benny gets back.

this is the xsession log just before crash.

Hi Brian,

For what it's worth, this was the last part of my xsession.log.
Too bad, it didn't happen everytime (not reproducible).

Happy New Year developers,

While I couldn't finally find the problem out, there's no
segfault on exit Xfce. I think this account should be closed.
