When you right-click on the panel plugin icon you get a c-menu that contains 'Forecast' item which will bring up the 'Forecast' tab in the main window. This is redundant since clicking the panel icon will bring up the same 'Forecast' tab. 

I suggest to remove 'forecast' item in panel plugin c-menu.
