Right Click is totaly broken in Xfce 4.10. This bug is very severe. I cannot recommend to install Xfce 4.10 on a production machine. This behaviour should only be present on experimental and early alpha software. Please don't be mad at me for reporting this bug. Its very severe from the point of stability.

Reproduction:

Right click behaves "weired": its hard to describe to reproduce. Please take 5 minutes to RIGHT click in various place in Thunar, Desktop, Applications in order to understand.

Trying to explain:
Right click sometimes just on click choses the first option, sometimes the mouse button has to be pressed continously in order to be able to chose the option. If you right click sometimes it may disappear and you have to click again and do the above. Its all weired and hard to describe and reproduce. Experiment for 5 minutes in various windows. Otherwise you wan't understand.

Affects:
Only Xfce 4.10. Xfce 4.8 is not affected.
Tested with: Ubuntu Xfce 4.8 (OK), Ubuntu Xfce 4.10 (Regression), Sabayon 10 (Regression).

PS. FYI: If you by any chance use Ubuntu 12.04.1 with Xfce 4.10 please update your Intel Sandy Bridge Graphic drivers (x-swat/xorg team). Nvidia is OK, fglrx doesn't work anyway (X crashes with total freeze when dragging file onto folder- REISUO or REISUB doesn't help- pressing the button is requred).

Are the xserver versions the same in both setups? Sound a bit like the menu is asked to popdown and there is hardly any code in Xfce that does this on purpose.

This code also has not changed in the Thuanr versions you describe.
