Reproducible: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1.  Open either "Keyboard" or "Session and Startup" in Settings Manager.
2.  Try to add an Application Shortcut/Autostart using `Ctrl + A`
3.  Manager returns to All Settings

Expected behavior:
Keyboard shortcut for `Add` button should work.

Suggested fix:
Use unique key bindings for `Add` and `All Settings`
