Always prompt to ask whether to play DVD, browse files, or ignore

On our system, inserting a new DVD automatically plays it. Resuming from suspend etc also trigger this action. However, it would be nice to allow the user to (when configured) confirm or ignore this action...

The attached patch is a simple implementation of this without configurability...
