Using xubuntu 12.04. I wanted to stop using the screensaver and only use xfce power manager for setting my screen black. After I disable screensaver. Every time I resume from suspend i get a text screen with an error about how many instances of /dev/watchdog can run at the same time. If I re-enable xscreensaver the problem goes away.
