Allow users select three colors for sensors output based on values displayed.  For example, a user is displaying CPU temps.  The new feature would allow a different color based on the temp displayed.  When CPUs are idle, the user can make the temp text be green.  When under load, the user can make the temp text be orange.  When under extreme load or when cooling systems are not functioning, the user can make the temp text red.

The tachos, although still buggy, are thought for that purpose. I don't think having three color columns would be nice, usable, ...
