After upgrade to XFce-4.10 (together with migration all my OSs on amd64 arch, on old x86 installation it worked fine both with XFce-4.8 and Xfce-4.10).
I've find, that XFCe eyes plugin fails to remember theme.
I.e.: I prefer the 'Default' theme.
But after each system boot eyes plugin starts with standard one (Tango).
Setting the preferred (by me) theme works till nex poweroff/boot.

It seems the config was not written on panel exit. I added a line so it will be written when hitting the close button in the panel.

Fixed in http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-eyes-plugin/commit/?id=5ea3c5f63cf2428e77b8a3dbb1004ddd502b0328.
