Please add a 'switch to' context-menu item. For those apps that have been identified as GUI and have an icon associated inside the task manager GUI, it would be nice to have an option to bring up & focus a given app.

I'm asking this since I've been playing around with compiz and when switching back I've encountered some strange bug whereas some of my apps are displayed in the icon box/task list while others have disappeared. The given GUI apps are still running, but xfce provides me no way to access them. A bit frustrating. Notwithstanding this very specific situation, such a functionality would be useful more generally, I think.

Alternatively even a 'switch to' c-menu item wouldn't be necessary: the task manager could switch to the given process while double-clicking its line in the GUI.
