Modification timestamps displayed in Thunar are not updated; ext4. Timestamps seem to be cached for days. To get precise information you have to use the terminal each time. :(

Highly confusing! Somehow related to Bug 8312.

This works fine. Please reopen if this is still an issue with the latest Thunar release.
