it is not possible to change the tootlip of the xfce-menu
buttons added to the panel.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. move the mouse over the menubuttons... all share the same tooltip :)



Expected Results:  
would be nice if the right-click/properties dialog includes this option
